Local Agency Handbook: (Approved July 19, 2007) This handbook is for local agencies within Fresno County to follow while identifying funding availability and eligibility as a guide to the funding claims process. It gives the best available understanding of when revenue will be available and how that revenue is to be claimed by the local agencies.
