DESCRIPTION:Legal services for the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy and Program Environmental Impact Report\n\n\n\nFresno COG RFP for RTP/SCS/PEIR Legal Services \n\n\n\nThe Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide legal assistance to Fresno COG with the development of the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS) and the Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2026 RTP/SCS. The EIR shall be a legally defensible document in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\, Senate Bill (SB) 375\, SB 743\, and other relevant legislation\, as appropriate. \n\n\n\nProposal submissions are due to Matthew Shimizu at mshimizu@fresnocog.org by Wednesday\, November 20th by 5:00 P.M. PST.
