The EIR shall be a legally defensible document in compliance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\, Senate Bill (SB) 375\, SB 743\, and other relevant legislation\, as appropriate. \n\n\n\nProposal submissions are due to Matthew Shimizu at mshimizu@fresnocog.org by Wednesday\, November 20th by 5:00 P.M. PST.
