Freeway/Interchange Deficiency Study

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate anticipated development activity in the metropolitan area and its effects on the performance of the planned freeway system. Deficiencies will be identified and necessary improvements to provide adequate levels of service will be recommended. These recommendations will be used for future planning exercises in the metropolitan area, and may be used as the basis to develop a development impact fee system by local jurisdictions.
