Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Association to turn Highway 99 through Fresno County into an asset which leaves an outstanding, favorable, and lasting impression on the driving public. The facility should eventually be capable of receiving state and national attention and commendation. Such improvements would enhance Fresno County’s air quality, encourage investment, attract tourism, and improve our quality of life.

Highway 99 Beautification Master Plan (Updated September 2016)

Further implementation is at the discretion of individual jurisdictions.

 

Meeting Dates and Times

Since the master plan has been completed regular meetings will no longer be planned; however, future meetings may be convened should a substantive agenda warrant it.

Regional Transportation Mitigation Fee (RTMF) Collection: Fresno COG will continue to collect RTMF mitigation fees on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm only, until the COVID-19 situation has been mitigated to a level deemed safe by public health officials.

Measure C Senior Scrip Program: Seniors who live in Fresno County will still be able to purchase paper senior scrip for taxi usage and electronic scrip for Uber and Lyft rides by mail order. Click HereClick Here for mail order information.
