Fresno County Comprehensive Climate Action Plan – Request for Proposals

The Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to complete the Fresno County Comprehensive Climate Action Plan, which is the subsequent plan to the Fresno County Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP). Fresno Council of Governments was awarded the Climate Pollution Reduction Planning Grant by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (US EPA) that will run through 2027 consisting of three deliverables: Priority Climate Action Plan, Comprehensive Climate Action Plan, and Status Report. The second deliverable of the U.S. EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Planning Grant is the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP).

Deadline for Proposal submissions is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.
