The following draft documents have been released by the Fresno Council of Governments (Fresno COG) to begin their 30-day public review period. The 30-day public comment period for the Draft 2027 FTIP and Air Quality Conformity Analysis will be open from July 17, 2026, to August 17, 2026. Fresno COG will hold a public hearing on July 29, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. during the Fresno COG Policy Board Meeting at the Fresno COG office building at 2035 Tulare Street, Suite 201, Fresno, CA 93721 regarding the Draft 2027 Federal Transportation Improvement Program (2027 FTIP) and the corresponding Draft Air Quality Conformity. Public comments are welcomed at the hearings or may be submitted in writing by 5:00 P.M. on the previously listed public comment period end dates. After considering the comments, the 2027 FTIP and Air Quality Conformity Analysis will be considered for adoption, by resolution, by the Fresno COG at a regularly scheduled meeting to be held on September 24, 2026. The documents will then be submitted to state and federal agencies for consideration and potential approval.
